Job Description :

This is a senior executive-level role with the primary purpose of developing, implementing and managing the policies and regulations around production of food products for supply to private clients.The focus falls on the area of source to kitchen.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop the overall Food Production Control (FPC) and Food Quality Control (FQC) Policy and Procedures;
  • Implement the FPC and FQC Policy across the entire "food production chain" from the source (Local farms and external suppliers) to the kitchen receiving area for applicable locations;
  • Carry out random inspections and food analysis within the "food production chain";
  • Carryout inspection of food delivered to the applicable locations;
  • Prepare regular reports to the senior management as required;
  • Work closely with the Food Safety Services department;
  • Develop and implement a thorough awareness and training program for the applicable farms and food source suppliers across the whole food chain (including logistics, transport and handling procedures, storage etc.);
  • Carry out investigations and prepare reports related to food quality.


  • A degree-level qualification in Food Technology;
  • Certification in Health and Safety (such as NEBOSH or equivalent);
  • At least 15 years of experience in the food production industry with proven experience in sourcing and related policy development;
  • A thorough understanding of food hygiene and safety, including HACCP;
  • Evidence of continual learning and upgrading of knowledge and skills;
  • Full computer literacy with specific knowledge of MS Office applications;
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with fluency in written and spoken English;
  • Proven experience working with high profile clients where a high degree of professionalism and discretion are required;
  • A valid driver's license, valid passport and clear criminal record.
